Cooking Instructions (Fry n Eat):

Heat a deep pan with sufficient cooking oil until the oil is smoky hot (medium-high heat).

Drop 1-2 pieces of Sandige into the hot oil.

The Sandige will immediately expand and float to the surface. Gently press and turn for 2-3 seconds until completely expanded and light golden.

Remove quickly with a slotted spoon and drain excess oil. Do not over-fry to maintain the light color and flavor.

Serve hot.
