1. Return Window
- Perishable Items: (Fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat) Must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.
- Non-Perishable Items: (Packaged rice, pulses, household supplies) Can be returned within 2 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Returns
An item is eligible for return or replacement only if it meets the following conditions:
- The product is damaged or physically tampered with upon arrival.
- The product is past its expiry date at the time of delivery.
- The wrong item was delivered (e.g., Basmati Rice delivered instead of Sona Masoori).
- The item is missing from your bulk order.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been opened, used, or had their original seal broken.
- Items with missing labels or original packaging.
- Requests made after the specified 24-hour or 3-day window.
4. Refund Process
- Inspection: Once your request is received, we may ask for a photo of the damaged or incorrect item to verify the claim.
- Approval: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, or Wallet) within 5–7 business days.
- Replacement: For bulk event supplies (weddings or festivals), we prioritize immediate replacement over refunds to ensure your event runs smoothly.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are dispatched for delivery.
- Once an order is “Out for Delivery,” cancellations may incur a small processing fee due to the perishable nature of the goods.
How to Request a Return: Please contact our support team via the app or website with your order ID and a brief description of the issue. We aim to resolve all grocery-related concerns within 24 hours.
